One contract.Five days.A clear answer.
Send us one contract, renewal quote or agency proposal. In five business days you get the target price, the terms to change, your walk-away point and a drafted reply. Fixed fee, credited in full against a Diagnostic.
For the contract on your desk right now.
A renewal quote with a deadline attached. An agency fee proposal for next year. An MSA your legal team has cleared but nobody has priced. A cloud commitment, a software true-up, or a first AI agreement on vendor paper.
Legal review tells you whether a contract is safe to sign. It does not tell you whether the price is right, which terms cost you money, or what the vendor will accept. That is the gap the Second Opinion fills.

What does a Second Opinion cost?
A small fixed fee, quoted when you send the documents. It depends on the type and length of the contract, not its value. If you go on to a Diagnostic, the fee is credited in full.
What if our deadline is sooner than five business days?
Tell us the date when you send the documents. We will tell you up front whether we can meet it.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Documents are read under NDA on request, seen only by the people working on it, and deleted after the review.
Will you contact the vendor?
No. The Second Opinion is advice to you. If you want us to run the negotiation, that is a separate, agreed scope.
Have a contract with a deadline?
Attach it to the contact form, or email it. We reply within one business day with the fee and the date you will have the answer.
